Field Service Technician, Leipzig – Grimma, Döbeln, Bad Lausick

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commission and maintain heat pumps at the premises of end customers and at system operators' locations.

• Deliver service-oriented guidance to our heating contractor clients both over the phone and on-site to ensure their satisfaction.

• Assist colleagues in technical field service across the broader area surrounding the designated territory.

• Take part in the on-call service rotation to aid customers as swiftly as possible.

• Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot heat pumps within the Leipzig, Grimma, Döbeln, and Bad Lausick regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer.

• Ideally possess an additional qualification as a master craftsperson or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate.

• Category 2 refrigerant handling certificate is a plus.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.

• Strong technical skills, a high level of customer orientation, and a willingness to travel.
