Field Service Technician – Laboratory Measurement Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct maintenance, calibration, and repairs on measuring instruments at client locations.

• Execute service and qualification tasks in regulated GMP environments, specifically within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

• Accurately and thoroughly document all completed work.

• Provide customer support via telephone, email, and in-person at sites.

• Independently organize service visits.

• Manage your own inventory of spare parts.

• Contribute to product development by offering customer insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education, such as electronics technician, industrial mechanic, or mechatronics technician.

• Additional qualification as a state-certified technician is preferred.

• Strong technical skills and a keen interest in a diverse product range.

• An independent, solution-focused work ethic.

• High service orientation and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Readiness to travel frequently, including overnight stays, and occasionally work in different service areas.

• Proficient in German.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Possession of a Class 3 or Category B driving license.

• Willingness to undertake extensive travel throughout the northwest Germany service area.
