Field Service Technician – Laboratory and Process Instruments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site service for laboratory and process instrumentation.

• Plan and execute maintenance and repair tasks.

• Install laboratory measurement devices.

• Conduct GMP qualifications for laboratory measurement devices serving clients in the pharmaceutical and beverage sectors.

• Generate maintenance reports and qualification documentation.

• Create quotations and cost estimates.

• Offer technical sales support and customer consultancy.

• Perform in-house repairs.

• Organize and plan service assignments.

• Travel throughout Switzerland.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification as an Automation Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or Electrical Engineering Technician.

• Ideally, additional education as a Higher Technical College (HF) Technician.

• Preferably experience in servicing laboratory instruments.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Proficient in French and good command of German.

• English language skills are a plus.

• Capability to work independently and with a results-oriented approach.

• Self-sufficient planning and organization of service tasks.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of business accountability.

• Exceptional communication skills and a confident professional demeanor.

• High level of commitment and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
