Field Service Technician I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Travel nationwide to assist customers in organizing and enhancing their maintenance shops.

• Act as the representative of Imperial at various customer sites.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to establish well-organized, efficient maintenance workshops.

• Set up and arrange inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin configurations.

• Assess, label, stock, and optimize maintenance products to enhance workflow.

• Educate customers on ordering technologies, including scanners, mobile applications, and web platforms.

• Travel from Monday to Friday to customer locations across the United States.

• Develop strong relationships with customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to undertake frequent overnight travel (up to 90% during scheduled work weeks).

• Mechanically inclined with a preference for hands-on tasks.

• Customer-oriented with excellent communication abilities.

• Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working autonomously.

• Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and thriving in active shop settings.

• A valid driver's license is mandatory.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
