This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

• Install and set up sorting equipment at client locations

• Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting tasks

• Educate operators and maintenance staff

• Provide customers with technical expertise

• Act as a reliable field partner representing TOMRA

• Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and service tasks for clients in Bordeaux, Agen, and surrounding areas

• Deliver operator training following equipment installations

• Occasionally assist customers in other regions of France

• Prepare for client visits from a home office

• Complete service reports and update technical documentation

• Offer remote technical support as required

• Technical qualification (BAC+2 or equivalent) in Electrotechnics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, Electronics, or a related field

• Practical experience in electrical fault-finding and electromechanical troubleshooting

• Proficiency in French

• Capability to communicate effectively in English within a technical and professional context

• Previous experience in Field Service, on-site maintenance, commissioning, installation, or mobile technical support is highly desirable

• Demonstrated experience in performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment in customer-facing situations

• Solid understanding of IT systems, networking basics, and PC configuration

• Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to cultivate trusted relationships

• Valid driver's license is required
