Field Service Technician I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Travel nationwide to assist clients in organizing and enhancing their maintenance shops

• Represent Imperial at customer sites

• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop organized and efficient maintenance facilities

• Install and arrange inventory systems, shelving units, and steel bin configurations

• Identify, label, stock, and streamline maintenance products to improve workflow

• Educate customers on ordering technology, including scanners, mobile applications, and web tools

• Travel from Monday to Friday to customer locations across the United States

• Foster strong relationships with customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to engage in frequent overnight travel (up to 90% during scheduled work weeks)

• Mechanically inclined with a preference for hands-on tasks

• Customer-oriented with excellent communication abilities

• Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working autonomously

• Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and working in dynamic shop environments

• A valid driver's license is mandatory

• High school diploma (or equivalent) is required
