Field Service Technician I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute preventive maintenance on wind turbines, which includes tasks such as torque checks, lubrication, filter replacements, cleaning, level assessments, and sensor calibration.

• Carry out corrective maintenance by replacing electronic, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components, as well as calibrating the pitch system.

• Perform both internal and external inspections of wind turbine components.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to service, scheduling, performance, and quality metrics.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance actions and determine training requirements.

• Adhere to and enhance maintenance processes, tools, and procedures.

• Follow the internal procedures of customers and engage in periodic training as needed.

• Guarantee the proper utilization, preservation, maintenance, and optimization of company assets, alongside maintaining a clean and organized workplace.

• Abide by integrity, compliance, and EHS guidelines and standards.

• Regularly climb and descend wind turbines while executing work at heights of at least 80 meters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Active registration with the CFT (Federal Council of Industrial Technicians).

• Experience in field service, maintenance, and industrial settings.

• Possession of a Class B driver’s license.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Capability to work at heights and within confined spaces.

• Willingness to reside in Casa Nova, Bahia, Brazil.

• Experience in wind turbine manufacturing is advantageous.

• Intermediate English proficiency (reading).
