Field Service Technician – Düsseldorf Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commission and maintain heat pumps at residential customer locations and system operators’ facilities.

• Offer service-oriented guidance to heating company customers via phone and on-site to ensure satisfaction.

• Assist colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader area surrounding your designated territory.

• Participate in the on-call service rota to provide prompt assistance to our customers.

• Contribute to advancing sustainable energy solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant area, such as HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building services electrician, or electrician/electrical installer.

• Ideally hold a further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Valid refrigeration handling certificate.

• Valid Class B driving license.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Strong technical aptitude.

• High customer focus.

• Willingness to travel.
