Field Service Technician – Düsseldorf / Mönchengladbach Area

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commission and service heat pumps at the residences and facilities of commercial clients.

• Provide customer-focused guidance to heating contractors over the phone and on-site to ensure satisfaction.

• Assist field service colleagues in areas beyond the designated territory.

• Engage in the on-call service rotation to help customers promptly.

• Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot heat pump systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant discipline, such as HVAC technician (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer.

• Preference for further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating, refrigeration, or air conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Valid certification for refrigerant handling.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.

• Strong technical skills.

• Highly customer-centric approach.

• Willingness to travel as required.
