Field Service Technician – Berlin, Ludwigsfelde, Fürstenwalde

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at the premises of private customers and at the sites of system operators.

• Delivering service-oriented guidance to customers from heating companies both via phone and on-site.

• Assisting colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader area surrounding the designated territory.

• Participating in the on-call service rotation to ensure prompt customer support.

• Playing a role in the promotion of sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electrical technician for energy and building services engineering, or electrician/electrical installer.

• Preferred further training as a master craftsperson or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate control and ventilation technology.

• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification.

• Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is an advantage.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Strong technical skills, high customer focus, and a willingness to travel.
