Field Service Technician – Banking and Retail Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Install, diagnose issues, and maintain banking and retail products including ATMs, point-of-sale systems, and self-checkout solutions.

• Deliver customer-oriented on-site support and technical guidance.

• Record service visits utilizing mobile applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT systems electronics or a similar qualification.

• Prior field service experience is advantageous.

• Strong technical comprehension and practical hands-on abilities.

• Customer-centric and capable of working independently.

• Dependable, proactive, and effective in both communication and teamwork.

• Proficient in German (minimum C1 level according to the CEFR).

• English language proficiency is a plus.

• Open to working flexible hours.

• A valid German Class B driving license (formerly Class 3) is required on a permanent basis.
