Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Organize and carry out technical support activities at customer locations

• Initiate and commission the equipment installed at client sites

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and field assistance interventions

• Assist customers through technical troubleshooting and problem resolution

• Undertake daily travel within the assigned area and occasional trips across the country

• Primarily operate at customer sites, starting directly from home and spending most working hours in the field

• Make occasional trips requiring overnight stays when necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma or degree, preferably in technical or chemical-scientific disciplines

• Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, installation, or field service activities

• Willingness to travel frequently

• Good command of the English language

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach

• Valid driving license
