Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Manage service and breakdown requests efficiently.

• Conduct installations, maintenance, and on-site repairs.

• Diagnose issues both remotely and on-site utilizing telemetry and diagnostic tools.

• Repair or replace mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electronic components.

• Install, calibrate, and test new machinery.

• Provide brief technical training sessions for customers.

• Oversee spare parts inventory in the service vehicle.

• Engage in larger customer installations and projects.

• Participate in a rotating weekend standby schedule.

• Typically manage 3–4 service calls daily, depending on travel distance.

• Offer support to customers throughout the Northeast Netherlands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical/service experience.

• Strong understanding of mechanics and hydraulics, along with basic electronics knowledge.

• Technical or vocational education is preferred.

• An independent, practical, and customer-focused mindset.

• Proficient in computer and diagnostic software skills.

• Good command of both Dutch and English languages.

• Possession of a valid driving license.

• Must be based in the Northeast of the Netherlands.
