This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee all elements of customer service and client care.
• Independently diagnose and fix high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Manage and track parts and tools effectively.
• Stay updated on both technical and functional developments regarding GLORY equipment.
• Ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.
• Identify system issues and carry out repairs.
• Keep clients informed during maintenance periods or system downtimes.
• Execute machine installations, Engineering Change Notices, system upgrades, and hardware/software enhancements.
• Follow safety protocols and policies diligently.
• Complete necessary Environmental Health & Safety training.
• Promptly report any job-site accidents that involve injury or property damage.
• Report directly to the District Service Manager.
• Travel frequently to customer locations in York, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas.
• Currently pursuing or have completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or possess equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related disciplines are preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient in using personal computers, Microsoft Office, network sites, and email communication.
• Strong logical troubleshooting skills with the capacity to identify issues at the PCB or component level.
• Ability to interpret and work with electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
• Familiarity with AC/DC power distribution and digital/analog circuitry.
• Experience in repairing high-speed paper-handling machines is preferred; experience with ATMs or copiers is also desirable.
• 3–5 years of technical field service repair experience is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended durations and frequently kneel, bend, squat, sit, and twist.
• Willingness to work at customer locations that include financial institutions, casinos, truck stops, recreational parks, and retail stores.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays on a rotating schedule.
• Availability for an on-call rotation, typically once every 3 to 5 weeks, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel to customer sites during working hours.
• Occasional travel beyond the designated territory, including air and overnight trips, may be required.
• Capability to accommodate limited accessibility at a job site.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Must reside within the designated territory or be willing to relocate within approximately 40 miles of York, Pennsylvania; relocation assistance is not provided.
