This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee all facets of customer service and client care.
• Effectively troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling machinery independently.
• Manage and track tools and parts inventory.
• Remain informed about technical and functional updates related to GLORY equipment.
• Guarantee overall customer satisfaction.
• Identify system issues and execute repairs.
• Keep clients updated during maintenance or system outages.
• Carry out machine installations, Engineering Change Notices, system upgrades, and hardware/software enhancements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and policies.
• Complete necessary Environmental Health & Safety training.
• Promptly report injuries and property damage at job sites.
• Travel frequently to customer locations across Wynnewood, PA, and nearby areas.
• Report directly to the District Service Manager.
• Currently enrolled in or have completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or possess equivalent work experience.
• Preferred certifications in related areas, such as mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with personal computers, Microsoft Office, network websites, and email correspondence.
• Strong logical troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify problems at the PCB or component level.
• Capability to interpret electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
• Understanding of AC/DC power distribution and digital/analog circuitry.
• Experience repairing high-speed paper-handling devices; ATM or copier experience is advantageous.
• Preferred 3–5 years of technical field service repair experience.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from Wynnewood, PA, or approximately 40 miles from Wynnewood, PA, or be open to relocating (relocation assistance is not available).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided.
• Capacity to sit and/or stand for extended periods and frequently kneel, bend, squat, and twist.
• Willingness to work at customer sites, which may include financial institutions, casinos, truck stops, recreational parks, and retail establishments.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays on a rotational basis.
• Availability for on-call rotation, generally once every 3 to 5 weeks, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to drive to customer locations during working hours.
• Occasionally, travel outside the designated territory, including air and overnight trips, may be required.
• Capacity to manage limited accessibility at job sites.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
