This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee all facets of customer service and client care
• Troubleshoot and repair various types of high-speed cash-handling equipment independently
• Manage and track parts and tools effectively
• Stay informed about updates in the technical and functional aspects of GLORY equipment
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Identify system issues and perform necessary repairs
• Keep clients informed about the status during maintenance or downtime
• Execute machine installations, Engineering Change Notices for system upgrades, as well as hardware/software upgrades that may need technical support
• Follow safety protocols and policies
• Complete all mandatory Environmental Health & Safety training
• Report job-site incidents involving injury or property damage in a timely manner
• Operate independently with minimal oversight
• Currently pursuing or have completed professional education in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Preferred certifications in related areas such as mechanics, electronics, automation, and data processing
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Proficient in using personal computers, particularly Microsoft Office, network navigation, and email communication
• Logical problem-solving skills and capability to identify issues at the PCB or component level
• Competence in interpreting electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Familiarity with AC/DC power distribution and digital/analog circuitry
• Experience in repairing high-speed paper-handling machines like check sorters, mail sorters, or currency sorters; experience with ATMs or copiers is a plus
• Preferred 3–5 years of technical field service repair experience
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the designated territory
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and frequently kneel, bend, squat, sit, and twist
• Must be able to perform work at customer locations including financial institutions, casinos, truck stops, recreational parks, and retail establishments
• Willingness to work weekends and/or holidays on a rotating basis
• Availability for an on-call rotation, typically every 3 to 5 weeks, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to drive to customer locations during work hours
• Occasional travel outside the assigned territory, including air and overnight travel, may be required
• Ability to navigate limited accessibility at job sites
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Gaming license may be necessary after hiring
