This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Assist with the rollout of Evolv’s life-saving products to customers.
• Facilitate product demonstrations and installations.
• Conduct maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on current field units.
• Complete technical training for Evolv Express.
• Observe seasoned field service engineers.
• Develop customer relationships and evaluate their needs.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment as necessary.
• Record work activities in service reports and other documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and receive constructive feedback and guidance.
• Utilize internal systems for managing inventory, invoicing, and scheduling.
• Independently resolve break/fix challenges.
• Process expenses, work orders, and RMAs.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the Express system and its software.
• Lead support activities for special events at key locations.
• Assist in the on-the-job training of new staff and third-party service providers.
• Report directly to the Director of Global Services.
• Technical knowledge of product hardware and software components.
• Capability to undergo and implement technical training on products, tools, equipment, and software.
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues using wiring diagrams, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Experience or aptitude in installing, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading equipment.
• Skilled in performing scheduled software maintenance and upgrades.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of training customer personnel and security staff.
• Strong time management skills to complete work orders punctually.
• Administrative expertise with expenses, work orders, and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
• Familiarity with inventory management, invoicing, and scheduling systems.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, operations, engineering, and management teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 75–85% of the time.
• Capability to travel to customer locations with ease.
• Eligibility to work in the United States, as Evolv participates in E-Verify.
