This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and installation of environmental and process measurement equipment.

• Organize and document maintenance and service tasks efficiently.

• Address customer inquiries related to technical issues through remote support.

• Analyze problems independently and devise solutions, leveraging assistance from subject-matter experts when necessary.

• Participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends, coordinated as part of a team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technician training in electrical engineering, process engineering, or IT, or vocational training in a technical discipline accompanied by relevant practical experience.

• Solid understanding of electrical systems, automation, and/or mechatronics.

• Capability to work autonomously and assume responsibility for assigned tasks.

• Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for diverse responsibilities.

• Comfortable with working at heights.

• Strong dedication to quality standards.

• Possession of a Category B driver's license.

• Proficient in German at a business level.

• Competent English language skills.

• Willingness to engage in an on-call rotation, including weekends, on a scheduled basis.
