• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of POS and IT equipment for major retailers.

• Gain skills in diagnosing and resolving issues under the mentorship of seasoned engineers.

• Deliver friendly and professional on-site support to clients.

• Enhance practical IT and hardware knowledge through organized training and hands-on experience.

• Configure and install relevant software as needed.

• Conduct routine checks in accordance with established procedures.

• Support special projects as assigned.
