• Support the installation, upkeep, and basic troubleshooting of technical equipment for major retailer POS and IT systems.

• Acquire skills in diagnosing and resolving issues with the mentorship of seasoned engineers.

• Deliver friendly and professional on-site assistance to clients.

• Gain practical knowledge in IT and hardware through organized training and hands-on experience.

• Set up and install relevant software.

• Conduct routine inspections according to established protocols.

• Assist with various special projects as directed.
