Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Install, troubleshoot, and perform technical maintenance on product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations.

• Conduct scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance within a designated area.

• Examine products for proper functioning, diagnose hardware and software malfunctions using diagnostic tools, and escalate issues following established procedures.

• Execute component-level hardware repairs.

• Clean and adjust mechanical components as needed.

• Configure and install relevant software applications.

• Replenish consumables as instructed.

• Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products.

• Educate customers on the usage and operation of installed hardware and software.

• Arrange services, complete necessary documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Engage in hardware and software training sessions and KPI-related activities.

• Support special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required education or equivalent work experience.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets DN's fleet criteria.
