This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Install, troubleshoot, and provide technical maintenance for both product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations.
• Conduct scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance within a designated territory.
• Assess products for proper functionality, address issues, or escalate them according to established procedures.
• Arrange services, complete necessary documentation, and collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction and comprehension of the product.
• Diagnose hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools.
• Execute component-level hardware repairs.
• Clean and calibrate mechanical components.
• Set up and install relevant software.
• Restock consumables as instructed.
• Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products.
• Provide instruction and training to customers on the usage of installed hardware and software.
• Engage in training for hardware and software.
• Contribute to the implementation of strategies to meet established KPIs.
• Support special projects as assigned.
• Required education or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Services.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet standards.
