Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Install digital heating monitoring systems at client locations.

• Assemble monitoring systems, including gateways and sensors, in boiler rooms across various buildings.

• Organize installation appointments independently and coordinate with clients.

• Utilize a digital reporting app to document installations.

• Ensure thorough and traceable documentation.

• Conduct precise installation work and quality assurance for the installed technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical or skilled-trade qualification, such as an electrician, electronics technician, HVAC/plumbing/heating technician, or mechatronics technician; qualified career changers are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong practical aptitude and technical comprehension.

• A preference for independent work on a range of systems.

• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum B2 level.

• A reliable, organized, and self-motivated work approach.

• Diligent execution and clear, traceable documentation.

• Willingness to travel throughout Germany, primarily within your own region.

• Flexibility for multi-day installation projects and overnight stays in hotels.

• Readiness to occasionally work longer hours and adjust flexibly to available time slots.

• Experience in heating, plumbing, air conditioning, or building services engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
