Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, and various Cash Depot products.

• Execute scheduled and requested cash replenishment and coin removal tasks.

• Collaborate with the territory dispatcher to fulfill dispatch requests.

• Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors or Cash Depot personnel.

• Relay inventory and support requests to ensure timely and accurate completion of scheduled tasks.

• Complete necessary administrative documentation and reports.

• Maintain departmental metrics for efficiency, safety, first-time fix rate, and other customer-centric measures.

• Assist fellow technicians and provide ride-along or training as required.

• Adhere to all security protocols and policies.

• Uphold a professional appearance for both personal and vehicle standards, as well as required inventory levels.

• Participate in requested training sessions in Wisconsin and maintain technical competencies in ATM and Air Products.

• Identify and propose efficiency enhancements.

• Operate independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team player.

• Travel in a van and work at customer locations, which is estimated to be 50% of the shift.

• Utilize lifting equipment, hand tools, an iPad, and a cell phone.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and eligibility for insurance through the Company’s risk insurer.

• Capability to drive a vehicle for over 50% of the shift.

• Ability to perform position-related tasks safely while lifting.

• Previous experience in troubleshooting or electro-mechanical work.

• Proficiency in following the Field Service Handbook.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Competence in organization, attention to detail, multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in workplace or duties.

• Capability to lift and manage equipment and materials, including items weighing up to 875 lbs. using lifting equipment.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty.

• Readiness to travel within the assigned territory and participate in training in Wisconsin.
