Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, and various Cash Depot products.

• Execute scheduled and requested cash replenishment as well as coin removal.

• Collaborate with the territory dispatcher to fulfill dispatch requests.

• Complete assignments delegated by supervisors or Cash Depot personnel.

• Accurately and promptly communicate inventory and support requests.

• Ensure administrative paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Maintain departmental metrics related to efficiency, safety, first-time fix rate, and other customer-centric measures.

• Assist in training other technicians, including providing ride-along training.

• Adhere to all security protocols and policies.

• Uphold a professional appearance for both personal and vehicle image.

• Meet required inventory standards.

• Participate in training in Wisconsin and sustain technical proficiency in ATM and Air products.

• Identify and propose improvements for operational efficiency.

• Operate independently with minimal supervision while also functioning as a team player.

• Travel within a designated territory and work at customer locations, estimated at 50% of the shift.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and eligibility for coverage through the Company’s risk insurer.

• Capability to drive a vehicle for over 50% of the shift.

• Ability to work safely when lifting and executing tasks related to the position.

• Experience in troubleshooting or electromechanical work.

• Competence in adhering to the standards established in the Field Service Handbook.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to be organized, detail-oriented, multitask, think critically, and resolve issues.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the workplace or assignments.

• Capacity to lift and manage equipment weighing up to 875 lbs. using lifting equipment.

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.
