This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute commissioning and maintenance tasks for heat pumps on behalf of end customers and system operators.

• Offer service-oriented guidance to heating contractors' clients both via phone and in-person.

• Assist field service colleagues throughout the broader region surrounding the designated territory.

• Engage in an on-call service rotation to ensure prompt assistance for customers.

• Promote sustainable energy solutions and heat pumps within the Dresden, Großräschen, Senftenberg, Hoyerswerda, and Spremberg areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a systems mechanic in sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer.

• Preference for further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in the heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation sectors.

• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification is required; Category 2 certification is a plus.

• Valid Class B driver's license is mandatory.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.

• Strong technical skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a readiness to travel.
