Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintaining heat pumps at residential customer locations and collaborating with system operators.

• Offering service-focused guidance to heating contractors both over the phone and on-site to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Assisting colleagues in the technical field service team throughout the wider area around the designated territory.

• Engaging in on-call service to provide prompt assistance to customers.

• Aiding in the development of sustainable energy solutions through commissioning, upkeep, and troubleshooting of heat pumps in the Dortmund region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant discipline, such as HVAC and plumbing systems technician, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer.

• Preferably, an additional qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician.

• Professional background in customer service, particularly in heating, refrigeration, or air conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Valid certification for handling refrigerants.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.

• Strong customer orientation and readiness to travel.

• Technical skills and a passion for heating solutions.
