This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at residential client sites as well as for system operators.

• Delivering service-oriented guidance to heating contractors both remotely and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assisting colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader area surrounding your designated territory.

• Participating in the on-call service rotation to ensure prompt assistance for our customers.

• Aiding in the promotion of sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant discipline, such as HVAC technician (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer.

• Ideally, possess further qualifications as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician.

• Relevant professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Certification for handling Category 1 refrigerants.

• Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is a plus.

• A valid Class B driving license.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.

• Strong focus on customer service and willingness to travel.

• Technical aptitude and a keen interest in heating solutions.
