Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at customer locations and for system operators.

• Delivering service-oriented guidance to customers from heating companies via phone and on-site to ensure satisfaction.

• Assisting colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader area surrounding the designated territory.

• Participating in the on-call service to respond to customer needs promptly.

• Commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting heat pumps within the Koblenz region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC technician (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer.

• Ideally, further training as a master craftsperson or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification.

• Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is a plus.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Strong customer orientation and a readiness to travel.

• Technical proficiency and enthusiasm for heating solutions.
