Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at the locations of end customers and system operators.

• Offering service-oriented guidance to clients from heating companies, both via phone and on-site.

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Assisting colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader region of the assigned territory.

• Participating in the on-call service rotation to provide prompt support to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer.

• Preferred further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technologies.

• A Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate is required; a Category 2 certificate is a plus.

• Valid Category B driver’s license is necessary.

• Proficient spoken and written German language skills.

• Strong customer-oriented approach.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Technical expertise and a passion for heating solutions.
