Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Carry out the commissioning and upkeep of heat pumps for both end users and system operators.

• Offer customer-focused guidance to heating contractors via phone and on-site visits.

• Assist colleagues in technical service operations throughout the broader region linked to the designated territory.

• Engage in the on-call service rotation to ensure prompt support for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a mechanic in HVAC and plumbing systems, refrigeration mechatronics technician, technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer.

• Additional qualification as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification is necessary; Category 2 certification is a plus.

• Valid Class B driver's license required.

• Proficient in German, both written and spoken.

• Strong focus on customer service.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Excellent technical aptitude.
