This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing our oil- and gas-fired systems at the locations of end customers and plant operators.

• Offering service-oriented guidance to our heating contractor clients via phone and on-site visits.

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Assisting colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader area surrounding the designated territory.

• Engaging in the on-call service rotation to provide prompt assistance to customers.

• Operating in technical field service across the Frankfurt region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a SHK systems mechanic (plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer.

• Preference for further qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly within heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate is required; Category 2 certificate is advantageous.

• Valid Category B driver’s license.

• Proficient in spoken and written German.

• Experience with large burners is desirable, ideally including knowledge of third-party brands.

• Strong customer orientation and a willingness to travel.

• Technical aptitude and a passion for heating solutions.
