This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Install and maintain heat pumps at residential properties and facilities operated by commercial clients.

• Offer service-oriented guidance to customers from heating companies both via phone and on-site.

• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction levels.

• Provide support to colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader area surrounding the designated territory.

• Participate in the on-call service to deliver prompt assistance to customers.

• Install, maintain, and diagnose issues with heat pumps to promote sustainable energy solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a technician in heating, plumbing, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, refrigeration mechatronics, electronics for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer.

• Ideally, additional qualifications as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Certification for handling Category 1 refrigerants.

• Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is a plus.

• Valid Class B driving license required.

• Proficient in spoken and written German.

• Strong customer orientation and a willingness to travel.

• Technical understanding and a passion for heating solutions.
