Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintaining heat pumps at customer locations and for system operators.

• Delivering service-oriented guidance to clients from heating companies via phone and in-person interactions.

• Assisting team members in technical field service across the broader service area.

• Engaging in on-call service to ensure prompt assistance for customers.

• Playing a role in the development of sustainable energy solutions in the Cologne region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as an SHK systems mechanic (plumbing, heating, and air conditioning), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer.

• Additional qualifications as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician are preferred.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Possession of a valid refrigerant handling certificate.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Proficient written and spoken German.

• Strong technical skills and a passion for heating solutions.

• Excellent customer orientation.

• Willingness to travel.
