Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Execute scheduled service visits in Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland as organized by the dispatch team.

• Identify faults and malfunctions.

• Install, maintain, and repair oil- and gas-fired heating systems as well as heat pumps.

• Record service activities utilizing the company's IT system.

• Take part in the on-call service outside of regular business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education or apprenticeship (such as apprenticeship, technical college, vocational school, or equivalent) as an installer, building services technician, heating technician, or in a related field.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, air conditioning and ventilation technology, or other technical professions.

• Proficient written and spoken German.

• Basic IT skills.

• Strong technical aptitude coupled with a high level of customer orientation.

• Willingness to engage in on-call service outside of regular business hours (maximum one week per month).
