Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on assistance to customers in the field.

• Carry out maintenance and repair services at client locations.

• Provide customer-centric solutions that extend beyond standard repairs and maintenance.

• Educate staff on the proper use of equipment.

• Instruct customers on how to effectively use equipment.

• Travel regularly to customer sites, typically on a daily basis.

• Occasionally utilize power tools.

• Operate independently while being a customer-oriented team player.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving history (Required).

• Technical training in the biomedical or electronics sector (Preferred).

• Proficient in computer usage, including familiarity with Windows-based applications.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Effective problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Experience or education in mechanical or technical fields.

• Background in electrical work, customer service, military, or software/hardware operations.

• Familiarity with pneumatics.

• Experience in HVAC systems.

• Capable of routine walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting.

• Must regularly lift, lower, carry, push, or pull between 1 to 55 pounds; occasionally up to 100 pounds.

• Ability to perform repetitive pushing, pulling, grasping, and tasks requiring manual dexterity with hands, arms, and shoulders.

• Capability to work in confined spaces.

• Frequent daily travel to customer locations.

• Occasional use of power tools.
