This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on assistance to clients in the field

• Perform maintenance and repair services on-site

• Provide solutions that extend beyond basic repairs and maintenance

• Conduct training sessions for staff on equipment usage

• Educate customers on the use of equipment

• Engage in frequent travel to customer locations, typically on a daily basis

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history (Required)

• Technical training in the biomedical or electronics sector (Preferred)

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows-based programs

• Strong organizational abilities

• Effective problem-solving skills

• Outstanding communication abilities

• Background in mechanical or technical fields

• Experience in electrical, customer service, military, or software/hardware roles

• Familiarity with pneumatics

• Experience with HVAC systems

• Capability to perform routine physical tasks such as walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting

• Ability to frequently lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds

• Occasionally lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights between 56 and 100 pounds

• Competence in routine actions involving pushing, pulling, grasping, and manual dexterity with hands, arms, and shoulders

• Capacity to work in confined spaces

• Regular travel to customer locations (daily)

• Occasional operation of power tools
