Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signage, and gaming controllers.

• Conduct routine maintenance on gaming machines.

• Respond swiftly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing urgent issues.

• Complete Pre-Site Surveys, adhere to the schedule, and execute assigned service activities.

• Maintain accuracy in inventory and adhere to the parts inventory process.

• Provide support to customers with technical inquiries and necessary documentation.

• Report on trends, customer needs, and service challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum age of 21 years.

• Possess a clean and valid driver’s license while maintaining an insurable driving record.

• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.

• Ability to obtain a gaming license as required.

• Self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive.
