Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Execute servicing, repairs, and installations for gaming equipment.

• Oversee inventory management and ensure sufficient stock levels for service needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns in a timely manner.

• Perform regular maintenance inspections on gaming equipment.

• Work alongside the technical team to identify and resolve equipment issues.

• Keep precise service records and documentation for repairs and installations.

• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

• Educate and assist clients regarding equipment usage and maintenance.

• Engage in weekend on-call rotations for urgent service requests.

• Travel to client sites as necessary to complete service tasks.

• Interact with clients and internal teams to assess service requirements.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

• A valid New Zealand driver's license is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.

• A technical background in appliance repair and installation is advantageous.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

• Capacity to work independently as well as within a team-oriented environment.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to participate in weekend on-call rotations.
