Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical Level I and Level II phone and on-site assistance for hardware, software, and disposable challenges.

• Actively monitor product performance and address customer concerns.

• Utilize troubleshooting tools and methodologies to pinpoint issues and their root causes.

• Assess service support urgency and devise and implement solutions.

• Accurately document customer complaints and resolution actions in a timely manner.

• Organize and prioritize customer visits and account-related activities.

• Facilitate product/service ordering, delivery, and billing for assigned accounts.

• Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.

• Assist sales teams with Service Contract Sales for designated accounts.

• Collaborate with Sales Executives on account-specific strategies and execution.

• Engage in customer business reviews.

• Gain an understanding of the competitive landscape to optimize business opportunities.

• Foster and maintain customer relationships to uncover value expansion possibilities.

• Plan, schedule, and conduct customer training events to enhance customer self-sufficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience with instrumentation used in a Cath Lab.

• At least 2 years of experience engaging with customers.

• Experience with capital equipment engineering is preferred.

• Familiarity with Imaging/OCT is preferred.

• Experience with hospital/medical-specific equipment and X-Ray equipment is preferred.

• Availability to travel 50% of the time.
