This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Hatchery Inovo Process for Zoetis through customer service initiatives.

• Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as assigned Biodevices in poultry hatcheries.

• Provide electrical and mechanical assistance and carry out emergency repairs at customer sites.

• Comprehend and adhere to electrical schematics.

• Participate in after-hours support and repairs for the designated territory.

• Maintain communication with assigned hatcheries.

• Complete necessary reporting forms and procedures, including scheduling visits, contacting customers on-site, prioritizing parts usage, managing site carts, overseeing certification programs, and maintaining vehicles and equipment.

• Manage the Hatchery Inovo Process for a designated area comprising 3–5 hatcheries.

• Administer the Zoetis Operator Training Program for over 25 customer employees.

• Facilitate the preparation of vaccines and sanitation for Zoetis Devices.

• Support and execute the Zoetis Process Evaluation Program.

• Gather and report critical information within the Zoetis FieldAware System.

• Adhere to safety and precautionary measures.

• Maintain consistent communication with the supervisor.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree in Electro/Mechanical Systems or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in poultry science or a comparable discipline from an accredited institution.

• Relevant experience may be considered in place of the educational requirement.

• Typically requires 1–5 years of related experience.

• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, judgment, and initiative.

• Effective communication skills for direct interaction with various levels of customer management.

• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to work in potentially hazardous environments within hatcheries.

• Capability to work in above-average heat and humidity conditions.

• Availability for on-call duties exceeding 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to lift more than 25 pounds.

• Occasional overnight travel is required.

• Must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis.
