Field Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Support customers with their Stratasys printers.

• Conduct installations, routine maintenance, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.

• Deliver training to customers.

• Foster ongoing customer relationships as the representative of Stratasys.

• Travel frequently to customer locations.

• Work remotely.

• Travel up to 70–80% of the time to customer sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 1 year in a field service or representative position.

• At least 1 year of practical mechanical or electrical experience.

• Dependable personal vehicle (no motorcycles or bicycles) with ample space for tools and equipment.

• Must reside within the Milwaukee, WI area for customer site travel.

• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

• Must complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hiring.

• Preferred: 2-year Technical Degree.

• Preferred: Additional year of mechanical or electrical experience.

• Preferred: Experience in Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, and/or CAD/CAM.

• Preferred: Experience working remotely.

• Preferred: Strong customer-facing abilities.

• Preferred: Competence in computer technology.

• Preferred: Self-motivated and independent attitude.
