Field Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Support customers with their Stratasys printers.

• Conduct installations, routine maintenance, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

• Deliver training to customers.

• Foster long-term customer relationships as the representative of Stratasys.

• Regularly travel to customer sites.

• Operate remotely while visiting customer locations.

• Travel up to 70–80% daily to customer sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 1 year in a field service or representative position.

• At least 1 year of practical mechanical or electrical experience.

• A dependable personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles and bicycles) with adequate space for tools and equipment.

• Must reside within the Richmond, Virginia or Washington, D.C. area.

• Must confirm identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

• Required to complete the employment eligibility verification form upon hiring.

• Capability to effectively perform each essential duty.

• Preferred: 2-year Technical Degree.

• Preferred: An additional year of mechanical or electrical experience.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, and/or CAD/CAM.

• Preferred: Experience with remote work.

• Preferred: Proficiency in computer technology.
