Field Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Support customers with their Stratasys printers.

• Conduct installations, routine maintenance, upgrades, and preventative upkeep.

• Deliver training to customers.

• Foster lasting customer relationships as the representative of Stratasys.

• Regularly travel to customer locations while working remotely.

• Fulfill a vital field service position for Stratasys.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 1 year in a field service or representative capacity.

• At least 1 year of practical mechanical or electrical experience.

• A dependable personal vehicle (no motorcycles or bicycles) with adequate space for tools and equipment.

• Candidates should reside within 50 miles of Houston, TX.

• Must be willing to travel frequently to customer sites, with daily travel up to 70–80%.

• Required to confirm identity and work eligibility in the United States upon hiring.

• Must complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form at the time of hire.
