Field Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assist clients with their Stratasys printers.

• Execute installations, routine maintenance, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

• Deliver training to customers.

• Cultivate ongoing customer relationships as a representative of Stratasys.

• Travel frequently to customer locations.

• Operate remotely while visiting customer sites.

• Contribute to a vital field service role at Stratasys.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a field service or representative role.

• At least 1 year of practical mechanical or electrical experience.

• A reliable personal vehicle (motorcycles/bicycles are not acceptable) with sufficient space for tools and equipment.

• Must reside within 50 miles of Columbus, OH for travel to customer sites.

• Required to confirm identity and eligibility for employment in the United States.

• Must complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hiring.

• Preferred: 2-year Technical Degree.

• Preferred: An additional year of mechanical or electrical experience.

• Preferred: Experience with Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, and/or CAD/CAM.

• Preferred: Experience working remotely.

• Preferred: Strong skills in customer interaction.

• Preferred: Proficient in computer technology.

• Preferred: Self-motivated and independent attitude.
