Field Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding service to key strategic and national accounts.

• Implement customized service plans to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Provide thorough training sessions for client teams.

• Perform on-site audits to evaluate performance and compliance.

• Assess product effectiveness and recommend enhancements.

• Reduce downtime by utilizing remote diagnostics and tools.

• Collaborate closely with National and Internal Account Teams to synchronize service goals.

• Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities and communicate insights to sales teams.

• Keep thorough records and generate reports using Salesforce.

• Offer support to customers in the Glasgow & Edinburgh areas and surrounding regions through expert training and on-site assistance.

• Ensure the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
