Field Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support to customers for Applied Technology products.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop a deep understanding of the products.

• Engage in customer briefings and lead product demonstrations.

• Conduct training sessions on Applied Technology products for both existing and prospective customers.

• Assist with tradeshows and events for product evaluations.

• Offer test and trial support for products in the development phase and provide early-stage feedback.

• Translate customer requirements into new features and product offerings through collaboration with business and engineering teams.

• Build and maintain relationships to advocate for Applied Technology products and services to new government clients.

• Collaborate with Business Development to devise strategies that enhance business growth.

• Supply insightful customer feedback to inform the development roadmap of future products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Secret clearance is preferred.

• Experience in the Department of Defense, military branches, or civilian government positions.

• Strong knowledge of cellular, Wi-Fi, and push-to-talk technologies, along with relevant SIGINT and/or EW field experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to engage comfortably with individuals and diverse groups within both the customer organization and Applied Technology.

• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to foster professional working relationships.

• Capability to translate customer needs into product specifications.

• Field experience with SIGINT and/or EW products is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with over 10 years in the field.

• Profound knowledge of the U.S. defense industry, both military and civilian.

• Willingness to travel frequently (5-15 days per month).

• U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain the necessary security clearance as dictated by government contracts.

• Some contracts may necessitate higher-level clearance requirements.
