Field Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site services at customer locations across all product lines.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration of instruments at customer sites within the designated region.

• Install instruments as required.

• Provide training to customers.

• Oversee inventory management.

• Plan and coordinate travel schedules.

• Complete administrative tasks associated with service operations.

• Travel up to 90%, including overnight stays, for service and maintenance duties.

• Report to the Southern Region Service Manager based in Houston, Texas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex analytical instruments.

• Capability to work independently.

• Strong dedication to customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in working with electronic schematics, testing equipment, and repair tools.

• Associate's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.

• Possession of a valid passport.

• Willingness to travel up to 90%, including overnight trips.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test.
