This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee field service teams delivering on-site routine services, which encompass installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.

• Execute designated OSP and ISP projects, involving permitting, construction activities, red lining, approval of preliminary As Built CAD drawings, and managing municipality relations.

• Request labor and materials to ensure project deadlines are met.

• Supervise general contractors, manage production reports, milestone payment sheets, inspectors, and material suppliers.

• Aid in cost estimation, lateral construction engineering, and the design of network planning.

• Oversee permitting processes, contractor management, material vendor relations, inspectors, and construction activities.

• Coordinate scheduling and training for field service representatives.

• Manage service contracts and provide direct support services.

• Conduct cost and control estimating, preliminary engineering tasks, production tracking/reporting, and OSP Insight operations.

• Handle trouble response, emergency restoration, and disaster recovery of network assets.

• Collaborate with state and local permitting authorities and Departments of Transportation (DOTs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of the West Texas area.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or possess relevant experience in Construction Management.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Proficient in using PCs and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Project, etc.), as well as DeLorme and other mapping and engineering software.

• Must hold a current and valid driver’s license.

• Capability to read and create field drawings and updates for OSP Insight.
