Field Service Engineers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines at customer locations.

• Assist with the installation, commissioning, and deployment of new machines across the UK.

• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems.

• Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to repair requests.

• Foster relationships with customers and site contacts.

• Travel throughout the East Midlands region, including occasional overnight stays.

• Document service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems and tools.

• Provide feedback and contribute to ongoing improvements.

• Uphold high safety standards and adhere to TOMRA Safe and LOTO procedures.

• Assist in the expansion of TOMRA's recycling technology and the UK Deposit Return Scheme.

• Strong background in electro-mechanical systems.

• Eagerness to learn how to analyze, test, and repair intricate equipment.

• Inquisitive and solution-driven mindset.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Customer-centric approach.

• Clear and confident communication abilities.

• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools, both independently and within a team.

• Willingness to travel and manage your own schedule in a field-based position.

• Valid UK driving license.

• Availability for occasional approved overtime and weekend work.

• From October 2027, availability for a rota-based shift pattern, including weekend coverage.
